Virtual Halloween Parade
Ghosts, ghouls, goblins may not be roaming the streets of Spruce Hill like they have in past years, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a parade! Here are some of the great costumes and decorations that we’ve seen throughout Spruce Hill. Enjoy!
Calling all neighborhood ghouls and goblins! Join the Penn Drum Line and kick off your trick-or-treating festivities this Sunday, October 31 with a parade around Clark Park! Costumed kids can join a march around and through Clark Park, with candy giveaways and some festive Halloween fun.
Date: Sunday, October 31
Time: gather at 4 p.m.; parade begins at 4:30 p.m.
Where: Clark Park @ 43rd and Baltimore
Attendees should follow social distancing guidelines and wear masks — the scary kind and the COVID-safe kind! If you are sick or have symptoms, please stay home. Because of COVID precautions, this parade will remain in Clark Park and will not culminate in the traditional Osage Ave block party.
